The hotel is conveniently located near a two-branch museum and in a bustling shopping area, making it an ideal spot for exploring.

Overall had pleasant stay as a business trip. The rooms were well-equipped and had an astonishing view over the park and city. The staff was empathetic and very helpful, the breakfast offered was excellent with lots of food.

The food was good at the restaurant. My room was well-appointed and a decent size and included a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron. The location of this hotel was magnificent.

The location is peaceful and comfortable, close to the lovely old center and shops. The bed is comfy, the bathroom is nice, and the room features a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and a personal safe.

Fairly clean and ideal place, has stunning views over the park and city. It boasts magnificent, relatively quiet location short walk to the nearby RMCC conference center and town centre...

The room had big beds, a safe box, multi-channel television, and a mini fridge bar. Lots of breakfast options available in the restaurant. The hotel is in a stunning location; a quick walk to downtown and a beautiful area. Check-in process was painless, with parking available outside.

Everything was fantastic overall. The rooms where exceptionally clean equipped with the bar, a stunning view, good facilities. The generous breakfast was served in the lobby.

The location of the house is very good. The breakfast offer was ok (but you can find it exactly the same or better in a hotel with less stars). The room size was ok.

first thing i noticed is that the whole staff except the young lady behind the egg station are not very friendly at breakfast. ok, receptionist for breakfast this morning was nice too. maybe it's the fault of the hotel manager hovering over people far away from the action! In the hallway on the 3rd floor there were empty bottles and glasses in front of various doors for over 12 hours. In the room itself there was still rubbish in the trash can and hair from the previous residents could also be seen in the bathroom. Otherwise it worked. But 5 stars are not, I think 3 * + or almost 4 would be ok. I will not be going back because the parking and breakfast are too expensive. The total costs are simply beyond the scope !!!!!!! Please rethink urgently !!!!

The accommodation is conveniently located near charming historic areas, including a popular restaurant that we enjoyed visiting multiple times.

A very rich breakfast offer! Food in the restaurant absolutely great, high-quality cuisine, but unfortunately very, very expensive. A very nice garage with direct access to the hotel (unfortunately only extremely expensive, even for hotel guests) 2 ÜN = 48 Euro ;-)

- The seal on the shower hose is broken. - Most of the employees at the reception seem very young and stressed, why? Bad pay? Sauna costs €3.50 for business customers, because a business traveller does not pay a visitor's tax. - Minibar is empty, you are allowed to buy chips etc. at the reception like in a hostel. Very small/poor selection of 0815 minibar products, does not fit the general price level of the hotel. - Hotel shows a slow but steady decay. Carpet would have to be cleaned everywhere, many dark stains. Unknown nature. The walls in the corridors (at least on the 4th floor) were dirty and urgently need to be painted.
